Based in Aberdeen, Scotland, the band is led by Pipe Major Pamela Whyte.  The band includes police officers, support staff and members of our communities from all over the region and further afield.

Grampian Police Scotland Pipe Band is proud to appear and perform throughout the country.

Together we are committed to a long term partnership intent on protecting our musical heritage and playing our music within communities locally, nationally and internationally.

G4S ‘Bale’ Out Police Band!!

  Brian Newlands, G4S Secure Solutions Regional Manager for Scotland, has been a long term admirer of the Grampian Police Scotland Pipe Band and over time has enjoyed listening to a number of their performances. WE WILL REMEMBER THEM

Participating in the Aberdeen City Remembrance Day Parade is always the most important engagement of the year for Grampian Police Scotland Pipe Band.  This year’s Parade was particularly poignant in that at 11am on Sunday 11th November it was exactly 100 years since the armistice that brought closure to the First World War, a conflict in which over 16 million people died. The Band headed a parade of Veterans and Services Personnel from Belmont Street
