Based in Aberdeen, Scotland, the band is led by Pipe Major Pamela Whyte and leading drummer Nicky Gibson. The band includes police officers, support staff and members of our communities from all over the region and further afield.

Grampian Police Scotland Pipe Band is proud to appear and perform throughout the country.

Together we are committed to a long term partnership intent on protecting our musical heritage and playing our music within communities locally, nationally and internationally.

2017 Quartets Competition

The Grampian Police Scotland Pipe Band made an excellent start to the 2017 competition season at the RSPBA North of Scotland branch quartets competition in Huntly on Saturday 18 March, winning the grade two competition and placing 3rd in the grade one contest. A Memorable Day at Tulliallan Castle
